BEEF SHIN BONELESS (1KG)
A great and inexpensive cut, our beef shin comes in convenient 1kg packs. It is fairly lean with a good layer of connective tissue which melts during cooking. This results in it becoming tender when slow-cooked or simmered for a long time. The gummy bits of tendon found in our shin adds a wonderful texture to your dish. Try combining them with the beef knuckle cubes for a variation in your cooking. Perfect for stews, slow cooking and braising.
